Meals are prepared fresh in our family kitchen. Availability may depend on prior notice and seasonal ingredients.

Guests using the campsite must follow all safety instructions. Campfires are subject to weather conditions and local regulations.

Guests are responsible for their own safety near rivers, trails and outdoor areas. Children must remain under adult supervision.

Guests are expected to respect the property, surrounding village and local environment. Charges may apply for intentional damage.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, rooms, common spaces, and outdoor areas of the property.
• Consumption of alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the campsite, gardens, parking area, and other open spaces.
• Guests are expected to respect this policy and the peaceful atmosphere of the homestay.

Management reserves the right to refuse service, ask guests to leave the property without a refund, or recover any damages resulting from violation of this policy.

Please respect other guests and the local community by maintaining reasonable noise levels, particularly during the night.

Pet stays are subject to prior approval.

While we take reasonable care to provide a safe environment, guests remain responsible for their personal belongings and activities during their stay.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, road closures or government restrictions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttarakhand.
